Shipping Method
Compassionate Treasures estimates delivery times are five (5) to seven (7) business days. Most orders are sent with Standard Delivery. Some items are available for faster delivery. Customers of Compassionate Treasures may choose faster delivery options, for an additional fee at checkout.
Order Arrival
Customers will receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process, before submitting an order. Shipping and estimated delivery dates are displayed in “business days.” Business days are defined as Monday–Friday, except for federal holidays recognized by our carriers.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery of items; however, most items are sent standard delivery within 24-hours of ordering. Compassionate Treasures ships to contiguous 48 states for free. Shipping fees will be applicable to AK, and HI.
Please note that free Standard Shipping & Handling is only available within the contiguous 48 states. Compassionate Treasures customers outside the aforesaid area are encouraged to view their available shipping options when checking out or contact, Compassionate Treasures at info@compassionatetreasures.com or Customer Service at (630) 841-1735.
Express Delivery: Some items are available on Express Delivery. Please allow five (5) business days for delivery. Compassionate Treasures is not responsible for carrier delays/delivery issues of third party suppliers/vendors as this is beyond the control of Compassionate Treasures.
Currently Compassionate Treasures does not ship to a P.O. box. Additionally, Compassionate Treasures does not offer international shipping or offshore shipping.
Bill to Ship to Options
Compassionate Treasures in most cases will ship to a customer’s chosen different address. Bill to ship to options are available in most cases.
When ordering online or by phone, customers have the option to input a different shipping address.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part the Shipping Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
